Curtain wall system design and consulting for 420,000 sq.ft., 32-story apartment tower in San Francisco.  Plans for the luxury complex include a 420-unit apartment tower, town home residences, a ground-level courtyard and street-front retail.  Participated in all areas of curtain wall system design and building facade coordination, including but not limited to scoping the project, scheduling, project documentation, sequencing of work and mock up drawing, shop drawing and fab drawing development.


350 Mission, San Francisco, CA

Curtain wall system design and consulting for 30-story Platinum LEED rated office tower.  Contributed to all areas of curtain wall system design and coordination, including but not limited to scoping the project, scheduling, project documentation, project estimating, curtain wall system fabrication development, sequencing of work, mock up drawing, shop drawing and fab drawing development, and administration ​of mock up lab testing.


555 Fulton, San Francisco, CA
Curtain wall system design and consulting for five-story, 235,000 sq.ft. mixed-use luxury condominium building, including 139 modern residences, a 29,200 sq.ft. grocery store, and 148 off-street parking spaces. The facade system includes a mix of
​unitized glass and rainscreen systems.  Corte designed 550 custom units for this project. 


Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health Admin. Building, Las Vegas, Nevada

Involved in all phases of design coordination, scope coordination, scheduling, documenting, project leadership, problem solving, change order review, quality assurance and coordination meetings for $110-million, five-story administrative / treatment / research / office building with 65,000 square feet of total floor space consisting of exam rooms, clinic, doctors offices, conference center and core facilities. 


World Market Center, Phase I, Las Vegas, NV

Design assist support to the subcontractors, QA/QC of the construction activities and problem solving for the anomalies discovered as a result of the project progression for $365-million, 10-story commercial exhibit hall, with 1.3 million square feet of total floor space consisting of corporate offices, exhibit space, restaurant dining, and core facilities.  Responsibilities included document development, system design, field testing, product validation, production monitoring and quality assurance.


Smith Center for the Performing Arts Concert Hall, Las Vegas, NV

Third Party QA/QC over exterior facade systems for $240-million, five-story performing venue with a total seating capacity
for 1,000.  Participated in all areas of project coordination, including but not limited to scoping the project, scheduling,
project documentation, compliance review, sequencing of work, design critique, shop drawing review and coordination,
​weekly coordination meetings, and quality assurance.​


Smith Center for the Performing Arts Education Center, Las Vegas, NV

Third Party QA/QC over exterior facade systems for $120-million, five-story academy of the performing arts for the training and education of rising musicians, performance artists and theatrical talents.  Responsibilities included project coordination, scoping the project, scheduling, project documentation, problem solving, code compliance review, sequencing work, design critique, shop drawing review and coordination, weekly coordination meetings, quality assurance and exterior facade commissioning.


Panorama Towers III, Las Vegas, NV

Construction consulting, design development and construction services for $240-million luxury high-rise condo project. Engaged under a construction consulting services agreement which was later transitioned to include system design development of
the exterior curtain wall / window wall systems.  The developer and general contractor subcontracted the manufacturing and procurement of the building exterior to an import/export company who sourced the components internationally.  Corté worked as the liaison with the architect and construction team to develop the exterior wall system design and working details.  Corté ultimately worked directly with the manufacturing company to direct the fabrication information, manufacturing process, unit assembly and to consult with the exterior wall subcontractor regarding proper installation methods and problem solving with field coordination issues.


Pyramid of Tabasco, Villahermosa, Mexico

Design development, product certification, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, supervision of fabrication and construction management for curtain wall for eight-story corporate headquarters for PEMEX (Mexican Petroleum). Included curtain wall
​system development of hybrid I-Beam framing system to incorporate architectural design for building.  


Caesar’s Palace Plaza Redevelopment, Las Vegas, NV

Construction consulting and design document development for $360-million exterior facade and property renovation.  Planning, design and construction assurance/quality control.  Work included removal of existing facades of four buildings and installation of new facades, roof system, room renovation, and construction of three additional luxury suites.​
